Uncertainty about decision making capacity can threaten a person’s autonomy. Supporting and enhancing Decision Making Skills protects the individual’s autonomy and independence. Maria works with individuals to assess and identify supports for Decision Making Ability.
Creating environments that keep us all safe is essential. Children, adults at risk of abuse, families, individuals working in services or delivering services all require safeguarding. Maria works with individuals and their families to identify guidance, support and signposting.
